Auvik Return Policy?
Auvik has a Customer Support Policy that outlines how to contact their technical support team and how they analyze and prioritize support requests. Support is available from 4 am to 10:00 pm ET, Monday to Friday (excluding company holidays). Live Chat Support is available in product during regular support hours. Support Phone (Toll Free) is available for North America, UK & Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Support Email is support@auvik.com. All Auvik users can search or browse comprehensive Knowledge Base articles for technical product help and access on-demand training resources in the Training Portal.
Technical support requests are generally processed on a first-come, first-served basis. However, some tickets may be processed out of turn based on Auvik’s reasonable assessment of their level of severity. The severity is set by the support team as part of the triage process. For all urgent issues, customers are recommended to reach out to support via in-app chat or phone to ensure immediate attention.
Customers control access to their data. Customers may grant Auvik support access (by default) from within the product dashboard. In certain instances, technical support may request customer in-product screenshots, or logs, or may recommend granting the Auvik support team enhanced access to a customer’s instance (e.g. screen share).
The customer support does not include support of any non-Auvik products, services or technologies. This policy is effective from August 1, 2023.
If at any point in your free trial you decide you want to cancel Auvik, contact customer support and let them know. Have your Auvik domain name handy so you can include it in your cancellation request. Your account will be disabled within 1 business day of your request.
Please note that this information is subject to change and it's always best to check the official website for the most up-to-date information.
How To Open A Auvik Account?
To open an account on Auvik, one must have a valid user account. This requires an invitation to at least one active Auvik account. An administrator on the account can submit an invitation request, which sends an email to accept the invitation and create the user account.
After receiving the email, click Accept the invitation, or copy and paste the link into the browser address bar. Then, create the new user account in one of three ways:
-
Create a user with a set password: From the user setup screen, enter the first and last name. Enter a password and retype the password. The password must contain one or more numbers, lowercase letters, uppercase letters, special characters, and must be at least 16 characters. It can't be one of the last 4 passwords used. Click Create User. Set up two-factor authentication (2FA), which is mandatory when logging into Auvik with a username and password.
-
Create a user with a Google-authorized account: From the user setup screen, click Log In With Google. Make sure to be logged into the Google account. Allow Auvik access to the Google account for verifying login credentials.
-
Create a user with a Microsoft Office 365-authorized account: From the user setup screen, click Log In With Microsoft. Make sure to be logged into the Microsoft Office 365 account. Allow Auvik access to the Microsoft Office 365 account for verifying login credentials. Check Consent on behalf of your organization and click Accept.
After these steps, the user will be taken to the account they've been authorized on. If the user decides later to associate the Auvik user with either a Google-authorized account, or a Microsoft Office 365-authorized account, this can be done at a later date.
